My Chef Kitchen is a 24 Hour, State Certified Commercial Kitchen. A Base Commissary is required by the state of Florida. The kitchen is available for Food Trucks, caterers, bakers, or any other mobile operation, even if Self-Sufficient. We also offer rental options for 1-time events.

Minimum 1-year contract – coincides with your 1-year State of Florida DP-Ag or DBPR License for the end user.
*Basic Fee Includes:
10 Hours/Month of Kitchen Time, secure entry, parking, bathroom, refrigeration stove and oven use, pots and pans, and any kitchen equipment located on premises, along with Refrigeration & Freezer. Users will be provided with a code to access Kitchen 24/7. Reserving kitchen time is coordinated on a shared Google Calendar. Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

10 hours or less: $150.00
11-32 hours: $20.00 per hour
33 to 60 hours: $16.00 per hour
Storage-Available. Dry, Refrigerator or Freezer. $20.00 per month per shelf,per Refrigerator, per Freezer.
