My Chef Kitchen is a 24 Hour, State Certified Commercial Kitchen. A Base Commissary is required by the state of Florida.
The kitchen is available for Food Trucks, caterers, bakers, or any other mobile operation, even if Self-Sufficient. We also offer rental options for 1-time events.

Rates:
+ $ 180.00 per month*
+ $ 180.00 One-time Security Deposit
+ $1200 PIF for the year + $180 Security Deposit

*Basic Fee Includes:
10 Hours/Month of Kitchen Time, Secure entry, Parking, Bathroom.
Stove and oven use, pots and pans, and any kitchen equipment located on premises, along with Refrigeration & Freezer.
Users will be provided with a code to access Kitchen 24/7.
Reserving kitchen time is coordinated on a shared Calendar.
Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

10 hours or less: $180.00
11-32 hours: $13.00 per hour
33 to 60 hours: $11.00 per hour
Storage-Available. Dry, Refrigerator or Freezer: $25.00 per week.
Food Trucks: $960 annually or $720 PIF for the year.
